Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Had an issue with a relative of mine that was quickly and professionally handled by kind, capable staff. Definitely would stay here again if I ever came to this area again. Only drawback was that it was right next to a busy freeway so traffic noise was a bit ugh!
Beautiful inexpensive hotel. Clean and great location, close to major hospitals and shopping in London. Fabulous breakfast buffet too! Biggest issue is placement of toilet paper rolls in disability rooms...its impossible to turn and twist to teach toilet paper when one is unable to move properly. Perhaps a disabled person should design these rooms.
No issues with our room and the staff was very helpful. They worked hard to get our room ready for an early check in without complaint. Would stay again if in the area.

Stayed 3 nights in a 1 bed room. It had a couch, closet, tv, desk, mini fridge and a microwave. Always a wonderful stay. Breakfast is fantastic for a place without an actual kitchen. It includes hot foods like eggs, sausages, and bacon. Even waffles. I always look forward to breakfast!
