Amazing beers! Some of the most unique and palatable beers you'll ever find. There isn't a bad one. This brewery is an all time favorite of mine. The atmosphere of the venue is casual and relaxed. The styling suits their well developed theme. Only critique is the staff. They come off as cold and impersonal. It gives the impression of feeling like somewhat of an inconvenience as a customer. There's no friendly chitchat or greeting. They're all business. The faces within the door of any business are extremely important to the place's feel and lasting impression. It's a slight knock here.Fantastic beers, some of the very best there is - great venue, and I love the Railway/Historic theme. Support this great brewery and support local!
Was there last week. We were greeted by someone so apparently worked there, who was sitting at a table putting labels on bottles. When we said we were here to try a beer, she then went and sat down at the table again, and we had to go and stand at the bar to get service. They have a large chalkboard with their beers listed on it, and sadly, a number of beers were out of stock but were not marked as such (or just removed) from the blackboard. We were not asked at any time if we needed any additional drinks until we'd been there for about an hour. We had to keep going to the bar to get more. They also were not busy at this time so the customer service left a lot to be desired. When we did get beer, it was good. The seating and atmosphere was nice - a selection of board games to play was appreciated.Overall, there are plenty of breweries that have better service and selection, so I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again.
Helpful staff. Good selection of beers on tap. Decent price for a flight of 4 - 5 oz beer tastings.
Railway City Brewing Co has been producing high quality beers for over a decade. Its easy to understand why they are such a mainstay in St. Thomas.
Great atmosphere, lots of different beers to try. Their flagship dead elephant is good if you like hoppy beers (not for me) but with their large selection there is a beer for everyone
