Efficient washers and dryers, and polite staff. In need of a couple repairs, and could be a little more clean. change machine works great. I have seen a couple of bugs now and then.
Old, dirty, grungy, and worn out looking. Ceiling falling in, old tables, old blinds, no pride of ownership whatsoever. A laundromat should be clean and updated fairly often to show your customers you appreciate their business. Other ones in St thomas looked the same or worse. Anyone who lives in St thomas and has some money should open a real nice one downtown. This place is an eye sore.
Use it all the time. Love that there's someone there all the time.
Our washing machine broke down so I needed a place to run 5 loads. Been a while since Ive been to a laundromat, I must have looked like a deer in headlights. When I walked a gentleman by the name of John was a tremendous help both with the machines and the process. He kept checking in to make sure everything was working. As someone else mentioned, the decor may not be up to date, but the John and the cleanliness of the establishment made the experience very easy. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
