Have been them for a month and alrady have had top notch service. Sarah is always quick email or call away. We just had a minor accident on our brand new car and shes really going above and beyond to try and help us. I had to switch from Locke after 30+ years to Ontario West Insurance Brokers (agent Christine Dugas) as the customer service from Locke was far inferior to what we were accustomed to when Christine was our agent when she was at Locke. If you value competent and timely customer service and an agent with integrity who acts in the client's best interest you may be well served looking at an alternative broker. Note that unlike many of the other reviewers, I am not a family relative of any staff at Locke, so this review is actually unbiased in that regard.
