Went there to purchase flowers doe my 12 year old daughter who finished Gr 7 today. They already had a few of what I was looking for made up...and it was perfect! Went there last year as well, and for other occasions. Love the shop!! Highly recommended!
Fellows Fernlea is the best. The floral arrangements are thoughtful, creative, and absolutely beautiful; the service is wonderful, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Fellows Fernlea.
Disappointed. I understand mothers day weekend is a busy time however I was told my flowers would be delivered today (Friday May 11th) My parents stayed home all day waiting. They received a call at 610pm that they would be there in 20 mins. An hour later they still hadn't arrived. I called the shop to see what happened. I calmly explained that I was disappointed with their service. She shot back at me that they have 100s of orders. She was very rude. I completely understand it's a busy weekend but why take so many orders if you can't handle it? Paid $66 and I was trying to be nice about the situation. The flowers were beautiful though.
Ive always been pleased with my purchases.The staff are pleasant and helpful.
The flowers were delivered as requested but the colour of the main flowers were supposed to be a deep purple. They are no where near the colour that was shown on the website. They are a washed out pink. I am very, very disapointed after paying $66.00.
